This is a contract for renting only and I am aware the items are not for sale.
I the Leasee agree that the items rented are property and remain property to
the Leasor( Ba-Be Safe/ Equipment Rental Company.)
I take full responsibility for using the items correctly and for its intended purpose only.
I agree in the event the rented items are not returned at said time agreed upon or damaged
and not in the same condition (includes manuals with car seats must be returned)
it was received additional charges will be applied to my credit card.
At the time of receiving the items I will inspect and any item that is not satisfactory or not
functioning will be reported to the agent to exchange immediately. I promise that if any
equipment including cars seats are involved in an accident no matter how minor this will
be reported to the rental agent.
I understand that all equipment is rented and used at the Leasee(Renter)'s own risk.
Renter cannot and will not hold Leasor( Ba-Be Safe) responsible for any accidents that may cause
injury while the equipment is in the Leasee (Renter)s possession.. I understand that( Ba-Be Safe)
is not the manufacturer or supplier of the rented equipment and is not required to enforce any
manufacturer's warranties on behalf of itself or the renters. All items are rented on an "AS IS" basis.
Ba-Be Safe will only deliver and NOT install car seats under any circumstances Ba-Be Safe has
informed me that child restraints work best if you use them correctly. Failure to read the child safety
seat instructions, in addition to vehicle owner manual instructions regarding installation, could
result in serious injury or death as a result of a failure of the child safety seat to be securely and /or
properly restrained. Visit www.nhtsa.gov. Ba-Be Safe cannot be held accountable for any accident
or injury during the duration of the rental equipment in my possession.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT AND I ASSUME FULL
RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE OF THE RENTAL ITEMS WHILE IN MY POSSESSION AND I WILL NOT
HOLD THE RENTAL AGENT ( BA-BE SAFE EQUIPMENT RENTAL) RESPONSIBLE IN ANYWAY AND I
UNDERSTAND I AM RENTING THESE ITEMS AT MY OWN RISK.
