Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?  

A: Simply
fill out the form under items page or you may

Our staff will treat you with respect and professionally answer any
questions you may have and we will be more than happy to assist
you in placing your order. Whichever you prefer, to email us or call  
we will confirm your order and obtain credit card information.

Q:WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: Forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Travelers
Checks, Cash. A credit card number is required to hold your
reservation.

Q: IS THERE A DELIVERY AND SET UP CHARGE?

A: Delivery and set up fee is only $20.00 roundtrip includes setting up
and taking down equipment with any reservation up to
$150.00 any order over $150.00 FREE DELIVERY. Additional charge
for delivery may apply if out of our immediate area. Last minute
reservations will require an additional fee, so be sure and make your
reservations ASAP.

Q; WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY HOURS

A: Our hours of operation is from 9:00 am-6:00pm 7 days a week
(excluding holidays). We do appreciate as much notice as possible
but we try very hard to be flexible to accomodate your
schedule.

Q: CAN I PICK UP THE ITEMS MYSELF?

A: No, not at this time. We want to make it as  convenient as we
can and we will have your equipment delivered and set up when
possible before your arrival.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW I AM GETTING EQUIPMENT THAT IS CLEAN &
IN GOOD, SAFE CONDITION?

A: You can rest assured that every item is inspected and sanitized
before and after each rental. We adhere to Florida's Dept of Health
Regulations with regard to recommended cleaning solutions and
cleaning procedures. Your equipment will also be inspected for
safety, we are members of International Association For Child
Safety. Being professional childproofers, safety is of the utmost
importance to us. We would not rent to you any item that we
would not use for our own children or grandchildren.

Q: IS THERE A MINIMUM TIME I HAVE TO RENT EQUIPMENT?

A: Yes, there is a  one week minimum charge for full-sized cribs.
Keep in mind there are portable cribs available that can be rented
daily as well as all other items can be rented on a per-day basis,  
there is a $35.00 minimum reservation agreement.  

Q:  HOW IS A RENTAL PERIOD DEFINED?

A: The rental period is determined by the number of 24-hour periods
between the day of delivery and the day of pick-up. Example, an
item delivered on Monday morning and picked up Thursday morning
would be considered a three- day rental.

Q: WHAT ARE THE RENTAL TERMS?

A: Please read carefully our Terms and Conditions   You will be asked
to agree to these conditions before items will be delivered.

Q: HOW LARGE ARE YOUR CRIBS AND WHAT IS INCLUDED
WITH THEM?

A: Our cribs are full size and come with a 5' mattress. Included in the
price is a mattress pad, fitted sheets.  Full size cribs are not always
possible at hotels; we will check on this status after we have
received your order.
We also have portable cribs available with sheets.

Q:  WHAT IF I DECIDE I WILL NEED ADDITONAL EQUIPMENT  AFTER
MY INITIAL DELIVERY?

A: We will do our best to deliver additional items depending on
availability so we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and an
additional delivery charge may apply.

Q: WHAT IF I DECIDE TO STAY LONGER THAN ORIGINALLY
PLANNED WILL I BE ABLE TO EXTEND THE RENTAL AGREEMENT?

A: Yes, we just ask that you notify us in advance to reschedule
pick-up date, and we will extend your rental agreement and you will
be charged appropriately.

Q: WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME WHEN READY TO TURN THE
EQUIPMENT BACK IN?

A: We ask that you return the equipment in the same condition it  
was received
.( Car seat manuals must be returned with the seat.)
Any damages outside of normal wear and tear is subject to
additional charges. We ask that you return the equipment wiped
free of any crumbs, spills, candy, gum, etc. that would cause further
damage to the equipment. You will not need to wash linens prior to
pick up. We do a complete cleaning and sanitizing after each use.

Q: DO YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?

A: No. We are not certified/authorized to install car seats. We
recommend that you visit
www.nhtsa.gov Always refer to the
manufacturers manual that is attached to seat before installing.
We asked that when you return car seats to car rental company
that you inform them of the fact there is a rental car seat that
belongs to Ba-Be Safe so that they are aware!
Q: WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY PROCEDURES?

A: Deliveries and pick-ups are made between 9:00am-6:00pm 7 days
a week (excluding holidays). If special arrangements need to be
outside this schedule please discuss with our staff at the them the
package reservation is made. You will need to notify your place of
destination in advance, including the concierge, and give them
permission to let us in the room for delivery if you would like the
equipment waiting for your arrival. If these arrangements are not
made in advance to enter the destination, we will leave rental
equipment with the concierge marked clearly with your name  for
you to pick up. On your departure in this situation we ask that you
return to the concierge informing them when pick-up is schedule.
Delivery for residence or rental homes, condo's, family member etc.
prior notification/ permission should be given for us to enter or find
out where the equipment can be left safely for your pick-up.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A We must be given 48 hours notice of cancellation for a full refund.
If you cancel within the 48 hours of the pre-arranged pick-up or
delivery time, one day rental fees for each piece of equipment
reserved will be charged to your credit card. No shows will be
charged the full rental price for the duration of the agreed
upon rental period..
